Day 1: ARRIVAL AT ADDIS ABABA: Arrival at Bole International Airport (Addis Ababa) where you will be met by a Ghion Travel and Tours representative and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in your hotel in Addis.

Day 2: BAHIR DAR: Transfer to the Air Port and fly to Bahir Dar.After lunch drive to the mighty Blue Nile falls, commonly known as "Tis- Isat". Upon return, make a sightseeing tour of Bahir Dar Overnight stay will be in your Hotel.

Day 3: LAKE TANA: After an early breakfast you will have boat excursion on Lake Tana, to visit the ancient monasteries on the lake. After noon visit the town of Bahir Dar. Overnight stay will be in your hotel.

Day 4: GONDAR: Transfer to the Air Port and fly to Gondar. After check in to the hotel, Visit the 17th century castles, the Bath of King Fasiledes, the icon- rich monastery of Debre Berehan Silassie. Overnight stay will be in your Hotel.

Day 5: LALIBELLA: Transfer to the Air Port and fly to the legendary town of Lalibella. After check in to the hotel, visit the 11 rock-hewn churches in Lalibella town, dating back to the 12th century and which is considered to be the 8th wonders of the world. Overnight stay will be in your hotel.

Day 6: LALIBELLA AND SUROUNDING: Have half day optional excursion to visit some of the rock hewn churches around Lalibella town built prior to the churches in the town. In addition to the architecture of the churches, here you will admire the panoramic view of the town with the surrounding beautiful sceneries. Return to Lalibella for lunch. After lunch visit the remaining churches of the 11 monolithic rock-hewn churches in Lalibella town. Overnight stay will be in your Hotel.

Day 7: AXUM:Transfer to the Air port and fly to Axum. After check in to the hotel, have a city tour in Axum town. Here you will visit stale tombs, which is considered to be probably the oldest monolithic stand in the world, the church compound of St. Mary of Zion, which is the seat of the true Moose's Ark of the covenant, the Queen of Sheba's palace, King Kaleb's and Gebremeskel's palace and tombs, and Archeological Museum. Overnight stay will be in your hotel.

Day 8: AXUM-ADDIS ABABA-LANGANO: Transfer to the airport and fly back to Addis Ababa. Then drive to langano resort area ( lake of excursion). O/n hotel .

Day 9: LANGANO-DORZE VILLAGE-ARBAMINCH Drive to Arbaminch, on the way. Drive up hill to Chencha to visit the Dorze tribal village with the people's life style and their bee-hive like hut. Overnight Arbaminch in Bekele Molla hotel.

Day 10: ARBA MINCH In the morning drive to Netchsar National Park, a beautiful park situated amidst Lake Abaya and Chamo. View games like Burchle's Zebra and Grant's gazelle and many species of birds. After lunch in Hotel, boat trip on Lake Chamo to see crocodiles and hippos. Overnight Arbaminch in Bekele Molla hotel.

Day 11: ARBA MINCH-JINKA Drive to Jinka, on the way visit the Tsemai, Hammar and Ari ethnic groups and their fascinating culture. Overnight Jinka in Goh hotel.

Day 12: JINKA-MAGO After breakfast leave Jinka and drive to Mago National Park. Visit the Mursi village and appreciate the culture of Mursi people whose females put lip plates on their lower lip. Overnight at the camping site of Mago National Park.

Day 13: MAGO-TURMI: After breakfast drive through Mago National Park by viewing mammals and birds and arrive at village of the Karo people known as Dus. Continue to Murule for lunch. In the afternoon keep driving to Turmi- the land of hammer tribe with diversified culture. O/n Turmi camping .

Day 14: TURMI-OMORATE-TURMI Drive to Omorate to see the Dascenetch people and their fascinating local hut and culture. Continue to Turmi and visit the Turmi market (if it is Monday or Tuesday, Saturday). Overnight in camping.

Day 15: TURMI-ARBA MINCH In the morning drive to Arbaminch on the way visit the Konso and Elbore tribes. Overnight and dinner in Bekele Molla hotel.

Day 16: ARBA MINCH-ADDIS ABABA Drive to Addis Ababa with photo stops on the way. You will have also visit of the creator lakes of Debere Zeiet. Continue to Addis and check in Hotel.

Day 17: DEPARTURE Transfer to Bole International airport for your international flight.
