Sodere
 Sodere is 120 kilometres from Addis Ababa. The resort area boasts of volcanic mineral springs, which bubble to the surface to fill its two blue swimming pools with clear warm water.

 

 The nearby Awash River is another attraction. Swimming and relaxing are the objects of most people's trip to Sodere. Those who enjoy walks are able to spot birds, vervet monkeys and baboons as well as crocodiles and hippos that frequent this stretch of the Awash.
